  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your account and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Account Activation: If the Udemy Business account has been successfully activated and used, no refund will be issued.
